So this is my breakfast smoothie, with variations on a theme:
1 handful of spinach (or other green leafy veg)
1 handful of parsley
1 banana (or mango, orange, raspberries etc)
Ground seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin/other)

Blend all ingredients in a blender with water to desired consistancy.
